3-Parcel Office Complex Purchased for $11.8M, 9 Story Building Proposed for Malden
After purchasing an office complex across 3 parcels for $11,850,000, Quaker Lane Capital proposes constructing a new 9-story office building with 160 below-grade parking spaces.
The current property comprises two fully-leased office and retail buildings on 34,696 square-feet of land near the Malden Center MBTA subway/commuter rail stop. Quaker Lane scaled back the height of the proposed building after receiving feedback from community leaders. The building sits in an Economic Opportunity Zone.
