3 Proposals Submitted for Providence RFP
The Providence I-195 Commission has received 3 proposals for Parcel 2 in response to a request for proposal.
Eden Properties has submitted plans for a 5-story development featuring 164,000 SF and 163 residential units. The project would also include a ground-floor restaurant.
The second submission, from developer Parent+Diamond, features 120 units across 159,953 SF of space. The project would also feature 25,000 SF of ground-floor space and 140 underground parking spots.
The final submission was from Urbanica. Plans call for a two-building development featuring 194 units and nearly 40,000 SF of mixed commercial space across a 6-story 180,294 SF development.
