3-story Cannabis Retail Store Under Review for Union Square
Laxmi Pradhan, Trustee of Everest Realty Trust, proposes to construct a 3-story commercial building in Union Square in Somerville. Updated plans call for a 1,631 SF mixed-use cannabis store with retail space on the first floor and mixed-use community space and office space on the two upper stories facing Union Square.
