3-Story Life Sciences Project Proposed Off Arsenal Street
A life sciences project involving the construction of a new three-story building and lower level garage has been proposed for 23 Elm Street in Watertown. The new building will have a total GSA of approximately 78,000 square-feet. The building is intended to be developed for research and life science purposes.
The current site is comprised of three retail, office, and warehouse buildings (totaling 20,600 square feet) situated on a 46,838 parcel of land. The site is located just steps from Arsenal Yards.
