$30 Million Renovation Permit Issued for 1 South Wacker
A $30 million renovation permit was issued by the City for 1 South Wacker in the Loop. Owned by 601W, renovations of the office tower will include new partitions, and extensive mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. Gut interior alterations are also planned for floors 13-15, as well as partial renovations of floors 16-20.
