A small project review app has been submitted for a 30 unit affordable senior housing development at 150 River Street in Mattapan. Plans call for a 27 1 bedroom units and 3 studios all designated affordable between 30-70%AMI. The project would also include a publicly accessible shade garden, multi-season screened porch, and indoor community room, living room common area, laundry, and 12 parking spaces.
