300 North Michigan Avenue Nears Final Height
The 47-story mixed-use tower is near topping out. This 523-foot tall tower joins the growing developments in the loop; it will bring 289 residential units, 280 hotel rooms, and 25,000 SF retail. Located right off of Michigan Avenue, a prime location in Chicago.
The building, designed by bKL ARCHITECTURE LLC, comes with unique features such as exposed V-shaped Trusses leading to the tower itself. Designed with a fresh modern take on a skyscraper.
