300K SF Office/Lab Building Approved Along Route 1 in Norwood
Hobbs Brook Real Estate has won approval for the redevelopment of the FM Global Campus at 1125-1175 Boston Providence Turnpike in Norwood. Plans call for the demolition of an existing 140,000-square-foot office building and the construction of a new 300,000-square-foot office/lab project along with a 930-space parking garage. Plans also call for significant new and site improvements. The new building is designed to meet LEED Gold Certification.
