320K SF Lab Fit-out Underway on Recently Completed Malden Office Building
An alteration permit valued at $25,248,568 has been pulled for Exchange 200 in Malden, kicking off an out-fit project at the recently completed office building. Plans call for a 320,000 SF conversion of the existing office space to lab and life science. The project will include approximately 31,000 SF of spec lab suites.
