34 Rent-Controlled Units Approved for Roxbury
The BPDA gave approval for a 34-unit, mixed-use development in Roxbury. The approved project at 11 E. Lenox Street will be a transit-oriented, smart development consisting of 34 residential apartments in a 7-story building. Of the 34 total units, 4 will be on-site income-restricted units at 70% AMI.
