34-Story Tower Approved for Construction in Cambridge, New Tallest Building in City
has won approval to increase the number of residential units at 135 Broadway. The development will feature a 34-story residential building with 420,000 SF of living space and an increase in units from 425 to 465. When constructed, 135 Broadway will take the title as the tallest building in Cambridge at 454 feet.
