34 Unit Project Under Review in Roxbury
Plans have been submitted for a 7-story, multifamily project at 11 East Lenox Street in Roxbury. The building would feature 34 apartments,4 of which would be income-restricted at 70% AMI. The project would also include 8 enclosed parking spaces, bike storage, and amenity space. Plans call for the building’s structure to be constructed from Cross Laminated Timber (CLT). The elimination of carbon-intensive building materials would shorten construction time and reduce the building’s overall carbon footprint.
