35 Unit Building Proposed on Dorchester Street in Andrew Square
A new 35 unit residential building with 3,165 square feet of ground-floor retail has been proposed for 400 Dorchester Street in South Boston. The 6,276 square feet lot is currently occupied by a single-story commercial building, a parking lot, and a three-story residential building. The proposed project would include 6 affordable units and no parking. The team at Cedarwood Development expect residents to use nearby public transit options in Andrew Square.
The project would be adjacent to Cedarwood's recently complete 16 Prebel Street .
