35 Unit Residential Project Under Review in Brighton
The development project proposed for 249 Corey Road at the border of Brighton and Brookline is now under review. The project site sits in both the City of Boston and the Town of Brookline, including a parcel of approximately 16,685 square feet in Brighton neighborhood and approximately 1,265 square feet in Brookline.
On the Boston parcel, the plans call for a new 4-story 35 unit building to include parking for 34 cars. The Brookline site would be sub-divided into two separate lots and redeveloped with two new single-family homes.
