360 Unit Mixed-Use Tower Planned in Downtown Bethesda
Foulger-Pratt is planning a 21-story mixed-use tower along Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Bethesda. The project would feature 360 apartments along with around 11,000 square feet of non-residential space. Plans also call for a rooftop amenity space and underground parking. The project site is located across from the historic Farm Women’s Market and while the applicant is no longer formally part of the joint venture that will develop the Farm Women’s Cooperative Market itself, they do plan to make a significant financial contribution to the Farm Women’s Cooperative Market to fund the sale of their parcel and future ongoing operations.
