364-Unit Project Tops Out in Woodside

, has topped out the concrete superstructure of a large, 12-story, mixed-use project, going up at 72-01 Queens Boulevard in Woodside, Queens.

Tenant amenities are to span roughly 20,000 square feet, and will include a fitness center, a resident lounge, a dog park, and a rooftop terrace. Plans also call for
