365K SF Nubian Square Under Official Review
A Roxbury-based developer has filed a PNF for the Nubian Square Ascends development. Plans call for a 365,475 SF mixed-use community development featuring a 7-story, 201,100 SF life science building, 144,500 SF of lab/office space, and a 135-seat restaurant along with a public plaza in Roxbury's Nubian Square.
