369 Unit Mixed-Use High-Rise Planned At 212 Northeast 23rd Street In Miami
Developers have submitted plans to build a 36-story high-rise tower at 212 NE 23rd St in Miami, FL. Residence 23 will feature 369 residential units and approximately 13,523 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
The Urban Development Review Board is scheduled to review the proposed project on February 15.
