375K SF Mixed-Use Project Approved in Downtown Bethesda
The Montgomery County Planning Board has approved plans for a mixed-use project at 8001 Wisconsin Avenue in Downtown Bethesda. The 375,000-square-foot project would include 350 residential units, 15% designated affordable along with up to 15,000 square feet of retail space. As part of the project, the developer will provide a neighborhood greenway along Tilbury Street.
