380 Unit Tower Planned for Wisconsin Ave. Friendship Heights Site
Carr Companies and The Donohoe Companies are now planning a mixed-use tower on the Wisconsin Ave. site near the Friendship Heights Metro station they acquired for $74M earlier this year. The new building would include 380 apartments and around 15,000 square feet of retail. The existing Courtyard by Marriott will remain open.
