$389M Permit Pulled for Next Phase of Landmark Center Redevelopment in Fenway
Suffolk Construction has secured a vertical construction permit valued at $389,828,433 for 421 Park Drive in Fenway as framing is set to begin on the new lab project. Part of the Landmark Center redevelopment, the project will include a 550,000 square foot office/life science space and a 50,000 square foot ground-floor grocery space occupied by Star Market. The project is currently scheduled for completion in early 2025.
