Alta Abington Station Update 01/10/25

$38M In Construction Financing Secured for Abington Multifamily

Wood Partners has closed on a $38,755,000 construction loan through Santander Bank for Alta Abington Street. The 40B project is set to feature roughly 200 apartments a short walk from the Abington Commuter Rail Station.
