39-Unit Senior Housing Development Approved by BPDA
Approved by the BPDA, 3371 Washington Street will be developed by a joint venture between New Atlantic Development LLC and Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation and consists of a 10,927 square foot site located near the intersection of Washington Street and Green Street in Jamaica Plain. Plans call for a five-story, 36,834 square foot building featuring 39 income and age-restricted units as well as an 800 SF restaurant.
