$3M Lab/Office Fit-Out Permit Pulled for Ginkgo Bioworks Space at 27 Drydock
A permit valued at over $3M has been pulled by The Richmond Group for the fit-out of the lab/office space on the 8th floor of 27 Drydock in the Seaport, home of Ginkgo Biowoks. The biotech startup founded by MIT grad students and their then-professor raised $290M in new funding this past fall and now has a valuation of $4B.
