$3M Plumbing Permit Pulled for Alexandria Senior Living Project
A plumbing permit valued at $3M has been pulled for the upcoming senior living building at 2620 Main Line Boulevard in Alexandria. The project, being developed by Silverstone Senior Living will include 163 apartments for independent and assisted living. Located on 1.4 acres in the Potomac Yard section of National Landing, the community will feature amenities such as a spa and salon, wellness and fitness center, restaurants, activity spaces, and resident lounges. Constructed is expected to wrap up in 2022.
