4.4 Acre Alewife Site Acquired for $49.6M
In a series of transactions, Cabot Cabot & Forbes has acquired the 4.4-acre parcel at 67 Smith Place for $49.6M. Three industrial buildings currently site on the land, totaling around 67,000 square feet of space. This site is located directly adjacent to CC&F’s master-planned mixed-use project “The Quad,”. The Quad is set to include a total of 1.1M square feet of space including 575,000 SF of lab space, 490 multifamily units, and 60,000 SF of ground-floor retail amenities including a craft brewery, a rock-climbing club, and maker space.
