$4.46M Permit Pulled to Kick off Reno at Lenox Apartments
A permit valued at $4.46M has been pulled to begin renovations to Building 1, 601-609 Shawmut Avenue, at the Lenox Apartments. The project will include renovations to kitchens and bathrooms along with new windows, wiring, plumbing, and HVAC. Beacon Communities plans the renovate the full complex which includes 285 apartments, across 12 buildings. residents
