4-H Site Under Contract to Galerie Living and Community Three
Galerie Living, a senior living community developer based in Atlanta, Georgia, and Community Three, a real estate developer based in Washington, DC, have signed a Purchase and Sale Agreement to acquire the 12-acre 4-H property. The buyers have offered to make a presentation to Town residents so that they can introduce themselves and provide information on their basic vision for the 4-H site. This initial presentation will take place on Thursday, September 9 at 6 p.m. by Zoom.
