4 Projects Advance in Boston Including Mission Hill Lab
Four projects featuring a total of 240,148 square-feet of space and 139 units have been approved for development in Boston. Among the approved projects includes a two-building residential and lab development at 804 Huntington Avenue. Additionally, the BPDA voted to implement an initiative aimed at developers within the city to disclose their inclusivity policies. Check out the entire list of approved projects below.
A Dorchester-based property developer won approval for revised plans for 1169-1171 Adams Street. Plans call for a 5-story multifamily development featuring 29 condominium units and 40,000 SF of residential floorspace.
Bulfinch has won approval for a redevelopment of 804-814 Huntington Avenue in Boston's Mission Hill neighborhood. The project calls for 58,373 SF of life science space and 23 units with 25,029 SF of multifamily space across two 3-story mixed-use buildings with 88,148 SF of floorspace.
Origin Property Group has received approval for a 70-foot multifamily redevelopment of an office and parking site in Roxbury's Nubian Square. Plans call for an affordable housing development featuring 65 income-restricted units.
Odessit Capital has won approval for a redevelopment of 582 Cambridge Street in Allston. Plans call for a 4-story, 29,000 SF residential development featuring 22 units.
