4-Story Fox Hall Redevelopment Approved for Development in Uphams' Corner
A Boston developer has won approval for a new development at 554-562 Columbia Road in Dorchester. Plans call for a 72-unit, 96,450 SF development involving renovation of the existing 4-story "Fox Hall" and the construction of a new 6-story, 68,916 SF multifamily building on site.
