40 Patterson Tops Out
The 40 Patterson multifamily project team recently celebrated the topping out of the 14-story project. Developed by Monument Realty, designed by KGD Architecture, and built by Donohoe Construction, the project will feature 321 units, 2 levels of underground parking, and 10,000 SF of ground-floor retail space.
Resident amenities include a rooftop pool, outdoor penthouse lounge, fitness center, and work pods. The project is being built to achieve LEED Certification and will welcome its first tenants into the building by Fall 2022.
