40-Story Mixed-Use Development Gaining Facade in Downtown Brooklyn
Crews have now installed a majority of the facade panels on a 40-story, mixed-use skyscraper project, going up at 625 Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn.

serving as the general contractor, 625 Fulton Street is set to contain
rental apartments (30% of which will be affordable). Plans also call for
square feet of commercial space.
The topped-out structure stands
feet tall and totals
square feet altogether. Construction was originally anticipated to finish this summer, but it looks like the project is running a little later than scheduled.
