40 Unit Condo Development Under Official Review in Quincy
Quincy Planning is officially reviewing plans for a new condominium development near the Wollaston MBTA station in North Quincy.
The property owner, Old Colony Development Equity Partners, LLC, proposes to construct a new 40-unit multifamily residential building. The development would include parking spaces for 70 vehicles in an underground parking garage below the new building.
