Plans are under review for a 6-story multifamily project at 173 & 179 Union Avenue in Framingham. The project consists of 46 residential rental units consisting of 4 studios, 27 one-bedroom, 14 two-bedroom, and 1 three-bedroom unit. 13 percent of the proposed units will be designated as income restricted. Per project documents, construction is estimated to start construction in Q1 2026.
