400 Lake Shore Receives Full Building Permit
A full building permit was issued for 400 Lake Shore, Related Midwest's luxury two tower development in Streeterville. In addition to 1100 condominiums and 634 residential rental units, the development will feature 4.5 acres of open green space, the 3.3 acre DuSable Park and the completion of the north end of the Riverwalk. Initial work began in March with the concrete filling of Chicago's famous cofferdam on the site of the cancelled Spire project.
