400 Unit Project Planned in Bethesda
WC Smith is planning a 12-story tower to replace the existing garden-style apartment buildings at 4901 Battery Lane in Bethesda. Plans call for 399 units along with a host of amenities including a rooftop pool and clubroom. The building will be surrounded by landscaped and active outdoor spaces, multiple upper-level courtyards, and terraces that will help further transform the Battery Lane District neighborhood into one of the most livable on the urban edge.
