400+ Units Planned for Nearly 5 Acre Silver Spring Site
JLB Realty LLC has submitted plans for a mixed-use project on the 4.93-acre site located on the northeast quadrant of the intersection of Georgia Avenue and Forest Glen Road in Silver Spring. The project consists of a single building that steps down in height from six stories along Georgia Avenue to four stories along Woodland Drive with up to 415 units and approximately 5,000 square feet of retail space. The development will also add a public plaza along Forest Glen Road.
