400 Units Proposed for Downtown Office Conversion
Post Brothers has filed plans for the redevelopment of the office building at 2100 M Street NW in Washington DC. The developer acquired the property in May 2023 for over $66M. The proposed project will modernize the building’s façade and add four new stories to the existing building (floors 9 through 12), plus a habitable penthouse. The renovated property would feature approximately 400 residential units and approximately 19,969 square feet of ground-floor retail.
