41 Unit Condo Project Under Review in Brighton
City Realty has submitted a Small Project Review Application for a proposed 41 unit condo development at 11 Faneuil Street in Brighton. The project would replace the existing commercial property whcih is now home to a Meinke Shop and The Bagman Store. Units at 11 Faneuil would range in size from studios through 3 bedrooms, most to feature their own private decks. The project would also include a common roof deck and parking for 51 cars in a semi-automated garage.
