421 Park Drive Tops Out
Boston Children's Hospital, Alexandria Real Estate, Samuels & Associates & Suffolk Construction recently celebrated the topping out of Boston Children's Hospital’s Research building at 421 Park Drive in Boston. Boston Children's will occupy 268,000 square feet within the 14-story building. Upon completion, 421 Park Drive will be part of the larger Alexandria Center for Life Science-Fenway mega campus, which will total more than 2 million square feet at full build-out. The base building is expected to be completed in 2026 and will feature below-grade parking, new pedestrian paths connecting the Fenway MBTA Station to Brookline Avenue, and public open space.
