425 Summit Avenue Rises in Journal Square
General contractor, , is currently well into the process of forming the concrete superstructure for a 26-story residential tower, going up at 425 Summit Avenue in Jersey City's Journal Square neighborhood. The team has so far poured about 15 floors, with only 11 left to go.
Developed by , it will contain market-rate apartment units, available in studio, one, two, and three-bedroom configurations.
Tenant amenities will include a roof terrace, a golf simulator, a pet spa, a conference center, and storage for over 200 bicycles. Plans also call for square feet of ground-floor retail space, and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure is set to stand feet tall and will total square feet. Construction is estimated to finish by the Spring of 2024.
