43-Story Twin Tower Development Granted Approval By The FAA in Miami
Developers recently received approval for a pair of mixed-use towers called "222" or previously known as The Namdar Towers. The Federal Aviation Administration granted the buildings to be built 450 feet above ground confirming that no aviation navigation will be disrupted.
222 will feature around 1.3 million-square-feet of new construction with 1,394 residential units, 7,984 square feet of ground floor commercial space, and over 300 parking spaces. Miami’s Building Department recently issued non-structural site work permits. Permits for demolition, tree removal, excavation, and vertical construction are still under review.
