430 Unit+ Promenade Apartments Sold for $77.8 Million in Providence
The Foundry Associates have sold the Promenade Apartments in Providence to a Waltham-based multifamily property development group for $77,806,030.10. Part of The Foundry, the Promenade Apartments feature 433 multifamily luxury units on the edge of Downcity Providence next to the Providence Place Mall and Interstate 95.
