$43M Construction Loan Secured for Alexandria Project
NOVO Properties has closed on a $43M construction loan for The Grayson in Alexandria. The financing was arranged by Avison Young through EagleBank. The upcoming project will include 119 apartments along with 7,000 square feet of retail and an 11,000 square foot Daycare. Construction is expected to begin this month and be complete in fall 2023.
