44 Affordable Condos Proposed for Vacant Mission Hill Site
JGE Development, Oxbow Urban & DVM Housing Partners have filed plans for a climate-forward neighborhood infill development at 77 Terrace Street in Mission Hill. Plans call for a new four 4-story building, including 44, 100% affordable homeownership condominium units, approximately 2,704 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor, and 21 off-street parking spaces. The ground floor is designed with an active commercial retail front, an outdoor plaza/open space, dog walk/park area and several indoor amenities. From the second floor, residents will be able to enjoy a new 963 SF flexible amenity space, which provides a direct connection to the rear community gardens and community park located on Parker Street.
