$44 Million Construction Mortgage Secured for 5 Channel Center Street
Phase 3 Real Estate Partners secured a construction mortgage from SBNP SIA Mortgage III, LLC - a subsidiary of Barings - for $44,000,000 for 5 Channel Center Street. Phase 3 purchased the 52,500 SF office building from Westbrook Partners in December 2020 for $35,000,000.
The building sits between the bustling Seaport District and South Boston neighborhood. The location provides easy access to the Mass Pike, Route 93, South End, and the financial district.
