44 Unit Affordable Housing Development Proposed in Roxbury
A 44-unit affordable housing project has been proposed as the 5th phase of the Bartlett Place Planned Development Area. The 5-story building would also include a 2,220 square foot community room for the benefit of all Bartlett Place residents and the Roxbury neighborhood. The project would also include a total of 26 parking spaces.
