440 Unit Mixed-Use Project Planned for Takoma Metro Site
EYA has filed plans for the development of a 6.7-acre site adjacent to the Takoma Metro Station owed by WMATA. Plans call for up to 440 residential units and 18,000 square feet of retail space. The project would also include 1.8 acres of public open space that will create a community gathering place for the neighborhood.
