449 Cambridge St. in Allston Under Review
The proposed project by Anchor Line Partners for 449 Cambridge Street in Allston is under official review. The two-building project would feature a total of 166 residential units plus 2,400 square feet of ground-floor retail/restaurant space. The development would also include parking for 80 cars. According to the PNF construction is anticipated to kick off in the second quarter of 2020 and would last around 15 months.
