450,000 SF Lab Proposal Approved by Watertown Zoning
The Watertown Zoning Board of Appeals approved Boston Development Group's proposal for a lab development at 66 Galen Street. The developer plans to build a major life science campus comprised of two phases totaling nearly 450,000 SF of Class A Office/ R&D lab space near Watertown Square.
